Architected a new Oracle schema and led migration from Gupta/Centura to EF Core/WPF.
Developed/refactored C# WPF apps for production & management; improved data integrity and workflows.
Built three MAUI Android scanning apps (barcode/QR) with EF Core for real-time inventory updates.
Automated EDIFACT D96A flows (ORDERS, ORDRSP, INVOIC) via Lobster; JSON/CSV/SQL integrations.
Owned projects end-to-end: requirements, design, delivery, user training, documentation and MCO.
Proposed UX/menu reorganization aligned to operator needs and data model clarity.

Documented complex app ecosystem (C#, VB .NET, C, PowerShell) and SQL Server schema.
Delivered WinForms -> WPF modules; refactored data access with parameterized SQL.
Created an offline source control utility (WinForms + Excel) for air-gapped environments.
Introduced NUnit unit tests and Ranorex automation (C# user code, element variabilization).
Managed lifecycles with stakeholders (dispatching): planning, estimates, releases, handover.
Supported migrations, onboarded new devs, and standardized TortoiseGit usage.
